Return Process

  Log into your Outfitters account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
